Dy-tech operates from a modern, well-equipped facility close to Gatwick Airport. We have a depth of experience in cost reduction through design optimisation, conventional and surface mount technology along with some specialist facilities and services normally associated with much larger, less flexible companies. From board-level assembly to full box build, Dy-tech provides manufacturing solutions to customers in a wide variety of market sectors in the professional electronics arena.
Our state-of-the-art SMT placement lines are capable of handling 1005 microchips, 10 thou lead pitch QFPs and micro BGAs down to 0,25mm pitch and 0,1mm dia ball. These fully automated lines are capable of placing in excess of 30,000 components per hour. High efficiency is achieved by the advanced preparation and execution of quick changeovers from product to product, facilitated using a quick feeder exchange system and resulting in the lowest cost per placement and optimum price performance for our customers.
Employing highly skilled and experienced operators we also provide conventional through-hole and mechanical assembly to compliment our SMT expertise. We will continue to invest in equipment and people to satisfy the already growing demand for our services.
